The brief was to offer a Clubhouse experience to the package holiday traveller, which could be rolled out globally maintaining the high quality finishes and all the experiential zones.
Catering for families, we made sure the experience offered something for all age groups. We incorporated an under five’s soft play area, Playstation zone and traditional foosball tables for a more parent child interaction experience, a full self service and fresh prep food offer, with dedicated restaurant seating became the hub of the scheme, with a soft seating relaxed family area to one side.
A full staff reception and assistance area was incorporated into our design to maintain full customer satisfaction and to exceed customer service through holiday add on extras, and Incorporated into the concept was a dedicated business class offer.
